Tiki on the Guad is located between the 2nd and 3rd crossing on River Road, sitting on the Guadalupe River. With renting out all of Tiki on the Guad, you’ll receive sleeping accommodations for up to 74 guests. These individual properties include Tiki Lodge #1, Tiki Lodge #2, Tiki Loft #1, Tiki Loft #2, Tiki Loft #3, Tiki Loft #4, Tiki on the Rio, and Cabin on the Hill!
Every unit at Tiki on the Guadalupe shares a unique riverfront and common area. On the river, a custom stone patio with concrete bulkhead fronts the length of our property. Complete with lounging chairs and stairs descending into the river, this frontage is unlike any other on the river.
Just above the patio is a two-tier common area that includes: a fire pit, grilling area, outdoor flat screen television, hammock chairs, outdoor speakers, outdoor patio furniture, and much more.
